Great pleasure!

As a good Libra, beauty, aesthetics and balance have always fascinated me. After 15 years working as an interior designer, a change of scenery and a new beginning connected me with a deep desire to dedicate myself 100% to my great passion: nutrition. 

I graduated from the Health Coach course at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York and began working as a Nutrition Coach.

Encouraged by the feedback received, I set up my Nutrition Coach Programs. And since then, I have been able to help people understand that health goes far beyond food. It is also about how we nourish and balance the other areas of our lives. Thoughts, feelings and how we relate to things and people play an essential role in our health, well-being and even our eating habits.

And my mission in life now is this: to take this knowledge forward, and help my coachees find their best (and healthiest) version!

They directly impact our immunity, hormones, intestines, sleep, stress level and the way we process and absorb food. In other words, they affect our health in general. My method approaches health in a holistic and integrated way.
