Intensive and longer-term program, which allows you to delve deeper into topics far beyond nutrition throughout the journey.

  • Service: biweekly

  • Sessions: 50 minutes long

  • Local: online

Program
SLIM

More specific and shorter program, aimed at more specific and short-term objectives, generally more related to nutrition.

  • Duration: 3 months (4 sessions)

  • Service: fortnightly in the first month, monthly in the rest

  • Sessions: 50 minutes long

  • Local: online

  • Healthy recipe tips
  • Shopping lists according to your preferences

  • Personal support throughout the process
